0.10 Update

Hey there! Time for update 0.10 (we skipped 0.9 lol)
- Added game menus
- Able to load and save multiple worlds
- Added multi-color lighting
- Rewrote world file I/O to be multithreaded
- Rewrote entity physics. Bombs and other projectiles are much less "wonky" now.
- Handful of bug fixes
- New color variant torches.
- A few new misc. items and tiles.
