0.2 Quick Update

A few odds and ends were needing taking care of. I feel it was enough to warrant posting a new build.
- Fully added the workbench. cavegame's first crafting station! (Yay!)
- Bricks are now craftable from their respective colored stones.
- Added lava - can mix with water to produce obsidian.
- Copper, Iron, and Lead ores can be crafted into ingots at the workbench.
- Copper, Iron, and Lead pickaxes can also be crafted.
- Torches and platforms are now craftable.
- Added the door - can be crafted with the workbench, opens and closes like a real door (Wow!)
- Implemented player->tile interaction system (to let you do more than just break and place tiles)
- Added recipe for manlet potion. Ingredients are currently only obtainable through commands.
- Adjusted player hitbox
- Added a handful of items, but they do not yet have any function: Coal, Paper, Bottle, Ether, Crying Lily, Fertilizer
- Restructured chunk loading code, should be more stable
- (Hopefully) fixed some issues with water mechanics.
- F11 now toggles fullscreen
Please get in touch with me if you encounter any game crashes or glitches. I'm also eager to hear your general feedback, as well as suggestions/ideas.
